By using casting grey iron (HT100 to HT300/ GG10 to GG30) and ductile iron we produce counterweights for heavy machinery like crawler / mobile cranes, excavators, loaders etc.

Superlift ballast rental
The extremely fluctuant raw material market force us to suspend the rental business. It will restart when conditions permit.
ABOUT
In 2011 Max Iron was set up to meet the growing demand for casting iron counterweights in Europe and US. Our foundry in China is equipped with two units of 15 Ton cupolas, two units of 15ton electric furnaces, a complete V-process production line, blastroom, coating line with modern and environmental friendly painting house. Our annual production capacity reaches 200.000 Ton. In 2006 and 2011 our foundry was certified with ISO9001:2000 and ISO9000:14000.
Only two years after its establishment Max Iron became the market leader of crane counterweights in Benelux. In 2017 we made a giant leap forward by signing supplier contract with Sennebogen in Germany and Tadano in Japan. In 2020 Max Iron starts to deliver counterweights to the prominent crane manufacturer LIEBHERR.
